Do your shoulders and neck feel tense?
When you do so, your eyes get stressed and they become dry, as you forget to blink. A feeling of general tiredness and lack of concentration sets in.
In this tutorial, Elaine – certified Pilates coach – presents a little exercise that you can apply several times during a day, whenever your eyes feel really tired. Also, don’t forget to take a short break every now and then. Get yourself a drink and, if possible, look out of the window, focussing your eyes on far away objects such as a beautiful cloud, a tree or simply a building across the street.
